Tuscan Hills is located in Davenport , off Highway 27, 1 mile south of its junction with the US192 and only 15 minutes drive from Walt Disney World. A number of top PGA golf courses are also close by together with excellent fishing in the area's many lakes. Interstate 4 (I4) provides direct access to Tampa to the south and Orlando and the airports to the north.

Tuscan Hills has a magnificent Mediterranean style club house which is open daily between 8.00am and 9.00pm for the exclusive use of guests staying in Tuscan Hills villas. The clubhouse is luxuriously furnished and very well appointed.

There are over 20 full size golf courses within a 20 mile radius, and many are award winning and to PGA standard. There is a large and varied selection of quality restaurants, diners and bars enabling you to take a culinary tour of the world during your stay.

There is also a games room which houses a pool table, air hockey table and a table football game

Inside the fully air conditioned club house you will find helpful staff and an up to the minute fitness room.
